One of our own creations!
Using a mold taken from the original Georgian piece, we have created this lovely mounting. The bypass shank, with elegant scrolls, supports three diamonds arranged in a diagonal. The center diamond, an Old European cut, weighs 0.28ct and is L color, VS2 clarity. The smaller diamonds are modern brilliants, similar in color, and weigh 0.03ct each. The ring is made of 14K rose gold.
TOTAL CARAT WEIGHT: 0.34.
SIZE 6 (can be sized)
LAB GROWN DIAMONDS: We can source natural and lab grown (synthetic) stones of any variety, including lab grown diamonds. For instance, a half carat lab grown diamond (G color, SI1 clarity) would cost between $1100-1300 as of August 2018. By comparison, a natural stone of the same qualities would cost between $1500-1800.
We can source stones of different clarities and colors, but G-SI is a good balance between color, clarity, and cost. All lab grown diamonds that we sell are certified and laser inscribed, indicating that they are not natural. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, visually, and microscopically identical to natural diamonds, the exception being that they are made above the ground rather than below it.
When visible, the Virtual Try-on button (located above the Add to Cart button) allows you to try on rings, bangles, and earrings using just your phone or computer. Other pieces—such as necklaces and brooches—are not eligible.
We do our best to make sure that scale is accurate. If the piece you're trying on has a width or length listed, the try-on experience will be as accurate as possible. Please note that the female models in the stock photos wear a size 7 ring and the gents a size 10.
Jewelry is meant to be worn but it's also an expensive ornament. Here are a few suggestions to extend the life of your jewelry:
- We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or another trusted jeweler every six months.
- You should remove your rings before swimming or performing any household cleaning, as harsh chemicals can interact with precious metals and permanently damage some stones.
- Generally, we suggest that you do not wear your jewelry to the gym, in the shower, at the pool, or while sleeping.
We do not believe in selling something we cannot service. Should an issue arise, please get in touch. We offer an extensive range of repair services and are here to help!
