Once your piece arrives, you have a 3 day try-on period. If at the end of three days you decide to return the item, just contact us or initiate your return here:

Once you've initiated your return, we ask that you send the piece back to us fully insured within a week of receiving it. Once it arrives in the same condition it left us, we will issue you a refund less our actual shipping costs.

If three days have passed without your initiating a return, you may return your piece for exchange or store credit only.

Custom pieces, gift cards, pieces that have been modified, and rings that have been sized are not returnable.


Purchases made in-store are returnable for exchange or store credit only. 


If you're having buyer's remorse and wish to cancel an order that you've placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If you've yet to receive a shipping confirmation, your order is cancelable.
