RETURN POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES

Once your piece arrives, you have a 3 day "try-on" period. If at the end of three days you decide to return the item, just contact us to initiate your return.

Once you've initiated your return, we ask that you send the piece back to us fully insured within a week of receiving it. Once it arrives in the same condition it left us, we will issue you a refund less our actual shipping costs.

If three days have passed without your initiating a return, you may return your piece for exchange or store credit only.

Custom pieces, gift cards, pieces that have been modified, and rings that have been sized are not returnable.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in store are returnable for exchange or store credit only. There is no time limit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you're having buyer's remorse and want to cancel an order that you've recently placed, please contact us within one hour of placing it. We try to be efficient with shipping and tend to send things out almost immediately.
