Once your piece arrives, you have a 3 day try-on period. If at the end of three days you decide to return the item, contact us or initiate your return here: https://account.ajmartinonline.com/

We ask that you send the piece back to us fully insured within a week of receiving it. Once it arrives in the same condition it left us, we will issue you a refund less our shipping costs.

If three days have passed without your initiating a return, you may return your piece for exchange or store credit only.

Custom pieces, gift cards, pieces that have been modified, and rings that have been sized are not returnable.
