This quatrefoil ring (that means it's divided into four lobes and resembles a flower or four-leaf clover) is made of palladium and was most likely made in the 1940s despite its Art Deco inspired design. Its top is a beautiful combination of pierced cutouts and rose cut diamonds that are all focused around a central square French cut blue sapphire.
