These vintage earrings are made of 18K yellow gold and signed "BS&F," which is a maker's mark of Black Starr & Frost. Each holds a plump marquise shaped Mabe pearl framed in yellow gold with diamond accents at the tips. They fasten to the ear with a post and Omega back for extra security and to support their weight.
