The rose cut is among our favorite cuts of stone. The rose cut was the preeminent way diamonds were cut from the Middle Ages to the Victorian era. These round stud earrings, which stay secured to the lobe with a French back, are made of 14K yellow gold and contain 0.24ct of rose cut diamonds (8 per ear). Antique earrings are like hen's teeth -- the chances of two small individual pieces surviving together (and in-tact) over time are incredibly slim.
