This reversible, rolling fob pendant is made of 9K yellow gold and contains both a round bloodstone and round sard bezel set on either side. The top half of the pendant is encircled by twisted gold links that support a wide jump ring. This piece is perfect for suspending from a gold chain as a necklace.
