The center stone is a faceted oval cut peridot measuring 9.17 x 6.94mm (about 2 ct.) and it's flanked on each side by a 5mm x 4mm trillion cut peridot.
Peridot is gem quality olivine and the ancient Egyptians called it the "gem of the sun." Perhaps most fascinatingly, In 2005, peridot was found in comet dust brought back from the
Stardust robotic space probe.
