At the center of this 14K white gold antique mounting is a 1.01 ct Old Mine Cut diamond (H color, SI2 clarity). On either side of the center stone is a roughly 0.08ct diamond and each of two channels enveloping the center stone have four tiny diamonds channel set into them.
This antique style is elegant, and the center stone itself has a lot of personality.
