This lovely antique ring holds a central cabochon cut oval emerald surrounded by a scalloped, buttercup style halo of 14 small rose cut diamonds. Its delicate Victorian features add an incalculable charm—and this would make an excellent non-traditional engagement ring (provided the wearer is very careful!).
Emeralds are relatively fragile on account of their innate inclusions—and this antique piece will need a bit of tender loving care.
