1940s 14K White Gold Diamond Cluster Engagement Ring
Likely made in the 1940s, this 14K white gold ring has an elevated crown upon which a plate of diamonds is nestled. At the center of the plate is a 2mm (0.03ct) modern round brilliant diamond, and six additional 1mm diamonds (0.03tcw) encircle the larger stone.
The metal around the diamonds is carved, making it intentionally difficult to see where the metal ends and the diamonds begin. The entire piece just looks like a cohesive, sparkling piece of gold.
