This antique Victorian bangle, stamped with the maker's mark of "CAM & Co.", is made of gold plate (likely over brass) and is hinged in the center. The top has a nameplate, flanked on either side by an elaborate swirl carving. A very, very worn monogram of (we believe) "W A F" is still visible on the nameplate, and it can either be left as-is or engraved with a message of your own choosing.
