A large (16mm x 12mm) sky blue topaz is prong set in this 1940s asymmetrical 10K yellow gold mounting. The piece measures just under an inch tall, and is generously sized. The stone is significantly prettier than our photos show and anyone who likes blue (or topaz, for that matter!) would be thrilled with this pendant.
