The showpiece of this unique man's ring is the barrel cut London blue topaz set into a half bezel in the ring's top. The barrel cut is essentially an oval cut, with square tips. The top of this stone is nearly checkerboard cut, giving it a very unique and distinctly masculine appearance.

At the top of the ring's shoulders is a single, small diamond (0.01ct total), which crowns the ribbed, satin finished, Rolex shank.
