In our estimation, the emerald cut is the most elegant cut of diamond. Because there are so few facets, you can see right into them, so they sit naked and exposed to their audience. The center stone in this 1920s style mounting is an EGL certified 1.45ct emerald cut diamond with D color (as colorless as a diamond can get!) and SI2 clarity -- and it's held securely in place by split prongs at its corners.
On either side of the center stone is a Cadillac cut (modified half moon cut) diamond, also with D color (and VS clarity!). The ring is hand made in platinum; a faithful recreation of the Art Deco style.
