A wonderfully architectural piece from the Art Deco era, this white gold ring is built around a luminous 0.95-carat old European cut diamond, a cut that defines the romance of early 20th-century jewelry. Set low and confidently in a four-prong mount, the center stone is flanked on each side by a stepped, channel-set tower of baguette diamonds, lending the mounting its satisfying geometric structure.

Curving above and below the center stone, rows of pavé-set old single-cut rounds add sparkle and movement, their milgrained settings very much of the period. At the shoulders, a single round diamond sits in its own milgrain collet — a small but deliberate flourish that draws the eye gracefully toward the plain, rounded shank.

The open-gallery construction visible from the underside is a hallmark of fine Art Deco work — labor-intensive, elegant, and built to last. A confident, wearable antique with plenty of presence.
