This antique bridal set is so sweet!

Made to look like a 14 karat white gold bow, the bow's "knot" is a large (approximately) half carat Old European Cut diamond held in place by four prongs. Accenting the central diamond are four single cut diamonds that are pavé set at the ends of the ribbon.

The ring is visually segmented, enhancing the bow motif, as if this were both an engagement and wedding ring that have been soldered together!
