Returns and Cancellations
Once you get your piece, you have a 3 day "try-on" period. If at the end of three days, you decide to return the item, just contact us to initiate your return.
Once you've initiated your return, we ask that you mail your piece(s) to us as soon as possible, ensuring that you've sent your piece(s) back within a week of receiving it. Once it arrives in the same condition it left us, we will issue you a refund less shipping costs.
Please note that custom pieces and rings that have been sized are generally not returnable.
If you're having buyer's remorse and want to cancel an order you recently placed, please contact us within one hour of placing it. We try to be efficient with shipping, and tend to send things out almost immediately.
Frequently asked Questions
Will you size my ring?
Yes, we'd be glad to! For our customers, we offer ring sizings at our cost. For sterling silver rings, the fee is typically between $20 and $30. For gold, the prices usually run $30-$50. Please inquire by writing us.
Do you offer layaway or financing?
We offer fee-free deferred gratification. Contact us if you're interested in reserving a piece. We require 1/3 payment up front, as a reservation fee, and you then have 60 days to complete payment before receiving the item. We can split the cost into as many payments as is convenient for you.
As for financing, we have two options. First, we've partnered with Klarna: Slice It. They have a no-credit check option for 60 day financing, and options for longer terms with interest (currently 19.99%). If you'd like to select Klarna for financing, you can do that during the checkout process, by selecting "Klarna - Slice it" as your payment option.
Secondarily, we offer Shop Pay, which allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score. In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase. To take advantage of Shop Pay, just select it as your payment option at checkout.
I ordered a piece from you that says it's been shipped, but it's not here yet!Every item, regardless of price, is shipped with a tracking number. USPS is slower than others to update their tracking information, with FedEx and UPS generally being updated in realtime. If you strike out with the carrier, call us, and we can begin a trace. When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Saturday and orders placed on Sunday will be sent the next business day.
Do you charge sales tax?

Our pictures show the real items without any special processing. But the color and brightness may differ a little for the difference of shooting facilities, computer display screens or other factors. Your understanding is so appreciated.
