Could you size a ring I'm purchasing before sending it to me?

Yes, we'd be glad to! For our customers, we offer ring sizing either at no charge or our cost, depending on what the piece is made of and whether it's too big or too small. Please inquire by writing us.

How do I order a custom piece?

The best way to commission a custom piece is by writing us. Please describe what you want in as much detail as possible. We will likely follow up via telephone. Custom designed pieces require 2-8 weeks to complete depending on their complexity.

Do you offer layaway or financing?

We offer fee-free deferred gratification. We require 1/3 payment up front, as a reservation fee, and you then have 60 days to complete payment before receiving the item. We can split the cost into as many payments as is convenient for you. Once the piece is fully paid for, we'll either ship it to you or release it for in-store pickup, whichever option you request. Contact us if you're interested in reserving a piece. 

We offer two forms of financing:

  1. Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score. In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase. To take advantage of Shop Pay, just select it as your payment option at checkout. Shop Pay is only an option for pieces priced between $50 and $3,000.

  2. Affirm gives you the flexibility to finance your purchase over a period of weeks to several months. Depending on the amount financed and your creditworthiness, your rate will be 0% APR or 10-30% APR. I ordered a piece from you that says it's been shipped, but it's not here yet.

Every item, regardless of price, is shipped fully insured and with a tracking number. USPS is slower than others to update their tracking information, while FedEx and UPS are usually updated in realtime. If you strike out with the carrier, call us, and we can begin a trace. When do you ship?

We ship Tuesday through Saturday and orders placed on Sunday will be sent the next business day. For pieces that do not require sizing, we generally ship within 24 hours.

Do you charge sales tax?

For Tennessee residents, our website automatically assesses sales tax (in most areas, it's 9.25%).
